I have lived in Harlem for 10 years and although we may have soul food, amazing architecture and some great gospel music, we have something no other neighborhood in Manhattan has- Tumble Weave.
It can be found rolling down sidewalks, clogging up drains and skeeting down the subway stairs.
No matter how bad your day is, when a tumble weave twirls by with some glitter, old leaves or an eyelash thrown in, it's simply un-be-weavably amusing.

Spring Cleaning
On my morning walk with Fergus I noticed this sad little creature literally tossed to the curb. I guess someone is doing some spring weave cleaning out.
