I have lived in Harlem for 10 years and although we may have soul food, amazing architecture and some great gospel music, we have something no other neighborhood in Manhattan has- Tumble Weave.
It can be found rolling down sidewalks, clogging up drains and skeeting down the subway stairs.
No matter how bad your day is, when a tumble weave twirls by with some glitter, old leaves or an eyelash thrown in, it's simply un-be-weavably amusing.

Weave Mail: ATL
My girl Neda sent me this poor little wavy weave who got dumped off in the handicapped parking space at the Bed Bath and Beyond on Moreland Avenue.
Hope you make it home safe little lady! But twirl into BB&B and get yourself a comb, honey.
