New mommies have infinite things on their 'to do' lists: Breast feeding, burping, baby massage and of course elimination communication. So when I received this weave mail from two mommies I was stunned. With all that on their plate, they still had time to search for tumble weave! And who knew there was such a bumper crop in Chuck Town?
See below for their breathtaking finds.
And yes, this post is classified as EPIC because nobody has sent me such an in depth report until now!
Since I last sent you tumble weave, Allison and I have been taking afternoon walks with our kiddos and we have seen some EXTREME weave! This is our collection of January Tumble Weaves... some of them were HUGE! Most were littered with winter foliage.... this should provide some good fodder for the blog.
I have lived in Harlem for 10 years and although we may have soul food, amazing architecture and some great gospel music, we have something no other neighborhood in Manhattan has- Tumble Weave. It can be found rolling down sidewalks, clogging up drains and skeeting down the subway stairs. No matter how bad your day is, when a tumble weave twirls by with some glitter, old leaves or an eyelash thrown in, it's simply un-be-weavably amusing.
